This program supports founders who have completed an accelerator or structured startup program, have early traction, and are actively building toward scalable revenue, investment readiness, or market expansion.

Founders in Flight provides structured accountability, curated mentorship, and deep ecosystem integration — without rigid cohort timelines. Each startup receives tailored recommendations, milestone tracking, and direct support aligned to their growth stage.

This is not an ideation program. It is built for startups ready to execute.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Have completed an accelerator or equivalent structured program

  • Have a validated concept and defined business model

  • Possess a pitch deck and business plan

  • Have early traction (customers, pilots, revenue, or strong validation)

  • Are preparing to scale revenue, raise investment, or expand operations

  • Are coachable, accountable, and execution-focused
