Ignite Receives ACOA Support for expansion of MERGE Program - Continuing Collaboration Between Innovative Startups & Local Municipalities

Fredericton, NB, May 21, 2026 - Ignite is pleased to announce new funding from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) to support the launch of the second cohort of its MERGE program at Planet Hatch. This investment will build on the success of the inaugural cohort by further connecting startups with municipalities to collaboratively develop, test and implement solutions to real community challenges.
